Mind and Wellness Center is a collaborative and growth-oriented psychotherapy practice located in the heart of Newport Beach. We specialize in addiction recovery, couples therapy, trauma, anxiety, depression and holistic wellness — offering both traditional psychotherapy and integrative approaches. Our team includes licensed and associate therapists who value authenticity, compassion, and balance in their work and lives.
Position Overview
We are seeking both Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW) and Associate Therapists (AMFT, ACSW) to join our supportive, referral-based group practice. This position is ideal for clinicians who want flexibility, independence, and a connected team environment.
Therapists may provide sessions in-person at our Newport Beach office and/or online via telehealth. We are particularly interested in candidates available for both modalities.
Compensation and Support
- Associates: 50/50 split per client hour (includes weekly supervision and office space)
- Licensed Therapists: 70/30 split
- Referrals, billing, and administrative support provided
Schedule and Flexibility
- Flexible caseload and scheduling
- Option to work in-person, online, or hybrid (must be able to provide in-person appointments, we don't do "online only").
- Availability on a Saturday or Sunday is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
- Active California license or registration (LMFT, LCSW, AMFT, ACSW)
- Ability to maintain professional and timely documentation
- Compassionate, ethical, and reliable clinical presence
- EMDR training is a plus
- Interest and experience in addiction treatment is a plus
- Other specialties and clinical interests are welcome
