Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist (Windows/Mac Support)

Job Description:
The Desktop Service Support Specialist will provide technical assistance for desktop systems, hardware, software, and related technologies. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, configuring devices, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure operating systems and applications
- Handle device setup for new hires and replacements
- Support desktop imaging, patching, and deployments
- Ensure endpoint security and compliance
- Maintain asset and inventory records
Required Skills:
- Experience in Desktop/IT Support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and MS Office/O365
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy, etc.)
- Good communication and customer support skills
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to HCL policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year (some positions are eligible for unlimited PTO); and 10 paid holidays per year.
