You will be responsible for writing up work orders for customers upon drop off of their equipment. You will be the bridge between the customer and the technician for repairs, estimates, and service work. Will be required to stay up to date on manufacture warranty guidelines, as well as submitting warranty claims for reimbursement. Looking for a driven individual who will provide excellent customer service. You will be working with customers face to face as well as on the phone for service and parts inquiries located at the front counter of our dealership. Will be taking payments regularly in person and over the phone. Need to be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Background in small engines and forklift operations is a plus.
