For this role we are looking for bilingual people to lead the maintenance side of our business. The ideal person for this role would be detail oriented, organized, self-sufficient, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with poultry equipment
- Willingness to be hands on and involved in the actual maintenance work
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and ability to carry them out
- Understanding of electrical workings to help troubleshoot issues
- Skilled knowledge of plumbing
- Work with supervisors to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
- Perform general day-to-day upkeep maintenance of the facility
This position is required to be on-site every day.
