Truckline Solutions is a fast-growing trucking company specializing in Open Deck operations. Our fleet includes more than 150 trucks and 120 trailers.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Head of Safety who can lead the Safety Department, develop a strong driver safety program, and take full ownership of DOT and FMCSA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Safety Department and manage a team of three or more employees.
- Develop and implement a structured driver safety and compliance program.
- Oversee DOT and FMCSA compliance for a fleet of 150+ trucks.
- Prepare for and manage DOT/FMCSA audits and compliance reviews.
- Monitor CSA/SMS scores, roadside inspections, violations, and DataQs.
- Oversee Driver Qualification Files, Clearinghouse, drug testing, MVRs, PSP reports, medical cards, and driver documentation.
- Monitor HOS and ELD compliance and implement corrective actions.
- Manage accident investigations, preventability reviews, and driver risk assessments.
- Develop safety policies, SOPs, KPIs, training programs, and internal controls.
- Provide company leadership with regular safety reports and improvement plans.
- Work closely with Recruiting, Dispatch, Fleet, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager in the trucking industry.
- Proven experience managing safety and compliance for a fleet of 150+ trucks.
- Experience directly managing a team of at least three employees.
- Hands-on experience with DOT/FMCSA audits and compliance reviews.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, CSA/SMS, DQ files, HOS, ELD, Clearinghouse, drug-testing requirements, roadside inspections, and accident investigations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time from our office.
- Professional fluency in both English and Russian is required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with TMS DataTruck.
- Experience with ELD system Samsara

We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who can build effective processes, improve safety performance, hold the team and drivers accountable, and replace reactive problem-solving with measurable preventive controls.
This is not an entry-level position. Applications without senior trucking safety leadership experience will not be considered.
Pay: From $2,000.00 per week
