Position Summary
The Installation Manager oversees all installation operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Sutton Flooring's quality standards. This role leads installation teams, coordinates with Sales, Estimating, and Warehouse, and provides hands-on leadership across all installation divisions.
The Installation Manager is expected to be proficient in all Sutton Flooring installation divisions, with advanced expertise in tile installation, and capable of training, supporting, and troubleshooting crews in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop installation teams across all flooring divisions.
- Manage daily installation schedules, labor, and project execution.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Warehouse, and Project Management.
- Resolve installation issues, warranty concerns, and customer escalations.
- Monitor labor productivity, installation quality, and project profitability.
- Train and mentor installers while promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional flooring installation experience.
- Extensive experience in tile installation is required.
- Proven leadership or installation management experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of residential and commercial flooring systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
