Bella Baci Espresso Bar is looking for an energetic, dependable person to join our growing team.
This is much more than a traditional barista position. While you'll create handcrafted espresso drinks, lattes, matcha, teas, and seasonal specialties, you'll also help keep our café beautiful, welcoming, and running smoothly throughout the day.
We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and truly loves taking care of people.
What You'll Do
- Prepare handcrafted espresso drinks, specialty lattes, matcha, teas, and seasonal beverages
- Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm
- Offer complimentary samples of new drinks and seasonal specials
- Bake fresh croissants, muffins, scones, and pastries throughout the day (everything is pre-prepared and simply baked fresh in-house)
- Restock pastries, syrups, cups, and supplies
- Keep the espresso bar clean, organized, and beautiful
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed

- Is self-motivated and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Loves staying busy and takes pride in keeping things organized
- Pays close attention to detail and quality
- Can multitask calmly during busy periods
- Takes ownership of their work and enjoys being part of a small team
Previous barista experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We're happy to train the right person who has an outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality skills.
Schedule
Part-time with the opportunity for additional hours.
Morning availability is essential. Weekend availability is required.
Pay
Competitive hourly wage based on experience, plus generous tips.

Bella Baci Espresso Bar is located inside Three Girls Vegan Eatery, a family-owned restaurant known for making everything from scratch using real, plant-powered ingredients.
From our house-made syrups and specialty cold foams to our fresh pastries baked throughout the day, we believe every detail matters. We're building something special, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
