Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and assisting in inventory counts.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while providing guests with receipts for their purchases.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting is essential.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage preparation, and fine dining service standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is required.
- Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus!
- Exceptional customer service skills that foster positive interactions with guests.
