Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners
- Recommend system improvements that enhance comfort and performance
- Maintain accurate service records and job notes
- Keep a clean, organized truck and work area
- Deliver professional, high-quality service on every call
Qualifications
- 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
