Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Commercial Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential/commercial properties, ensuring a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and customer service, with the ability to manage various cleaning tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential/commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist with any additional janitorial or custodial tasks as required by the client or management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential/commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Must have general liability insurance.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment is essential.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
