Are you a closer? Do you thrive on the phone, love the chase of a follow-up, and get a rush from turning a "maybe" into a "yes"? The Implant Center, one of Portland's top-performing dental implant practices, is looking for a Treatment Coordinator who wants to build a career — not just fill a shift.
We don't require dental experience. We require hunger. Some of the best Treatment Coordinators come from car sales, insurance, real estate, or any high-pressure, commission-driven environment where you learned how to handle objections and close. If you've got that instinct, we'll teach you the clinical side.
What You'll Do
- Recall past consults and get them back in the door for a consultation with the doctor
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, and offer financing/payment solutions that remove the "I can't afford it" objection
- Own a call cadence — systematic, persistent, professional follow-up until the patient is scheduled or the door is truly closed
- Work side-by-side with our established Treatment Coordinator during training, learning our process from someone who's already doing it at a high level
- Help drive the growth of a practice that is actively expanding and needs more people ready to carry that momentum
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone skills — you're not afraid to pick up the phone and you know how to control a conversation
- A sales mentality — you understand cadence, objection handling, and closing without being pushy
- Someone coachable who wants to be trained and mentored, not someone who thinks they already know it all
- A proven track record in sales (dental TC experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Hunger. We want someone who sees an hourly-plus-bonus structure and thinks "I'm going to make this uncapped," not "what's my ceiling."
