Position Overview
The Pizza Maker prepares and executes high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and speed during service periods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to company recipes
- Stretch, assemble, and bake pizzas to quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory and ingredient preparation
- Keep kitchen and workstations clean and organized
- Support kitchen operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous pizza-making experience preferred
- Knowledge of Italian-style pizza preparation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
