What You’ll Do:
- Provide intensive neurological care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor intracranial pressure, ventilators, and telemetry systems
- Perform IV starts and other invasive procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately using Epic EHR system
- Float within units of similar acuity as needed
- Support patient safety and comfort 24/7
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU
- BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, intracranial pressure monitoring
Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
