Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics
Orthopedic Centers of Colorado is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position focuses on helping patients improve movement, reduce pain, and return to meaningful activities through a combination of hands-on care, individualized exercise programs, and patient education.
As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will evaluate each patient and develop tailored plans of care designed to restore function, prevent disability, and enhance overall quality of life.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (Dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive initial physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and screenings.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized, evidence-based physical therapy plans of care.
- Provide high-quality hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.
- Document patient progress, evaluations, and daily notes accurately and timely within the EMR system.
- Collaborate closely with referring orthopedic physicians and mid-level providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, safety protocols, and injury prevention techniques.
- Discharge patients appropriately when goals are achieved and provide comprehensive transition plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program (Doctor of Physical Therapy / DPT preferred, or Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Physical Therapy).
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado (or eligible to obtain before start date).
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
- Experience: Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
