Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and developing nutritious, appealing menus tailored to dietary needs and preferences

- Serve meals efficiently and courteously to residents or guests, maintaining a positive dining experience
- Support catering events by preparing dishes in large quantities and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning routines
- Follow all food handling protocols and safety guidelines to prevent contamination or accidents
Requirements
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or hospitality settings
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and menu planning
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Hands-on experience with meal preparation, food service, and kitchen operations
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques used in meal assembly
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or catering services
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable
