The Technology Department at Dimensional leverages the rapidly evolving state of the art to engineer platforms powering the innovative, research-driven financial and technical products to improve our client’s financial lives.
Dimensional's Data Distribution team is a strategic partnership between the Technology and Investment Engineering (IE) departments. Our mission is to provide performance services to drive interactive data analysis tools.
We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to manage a pivotal group of engineers within the firm. You will lead a group of data and backend engineers building a modern analytics platform for our clients. This platform will provide critical analytical and account launching/management tools to help our clients manage their businesses.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and motivate a team of backend engineers, setting performance goals, fostering a collaborative environment while overseeing functions focused on data engineering and data-intensive calculation services.
End-to-End Execution: Own the full software development lifecycle, ensuring consistent planning, execution, and high-quality delivery of complex, integrated engineering projects. Own project deliverables. Identify risks/challenges/dependencies which may cause delays and work collaboratively to design mitigation plans and implement.
Communication: Serve as a key communicator across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and timelines to ensure alignment across the organization.
