Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical ailments, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance recovery and improve quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, as well as the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a busy clinical setting.
Duties
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions including trigger point therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and acute care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in compliance with medical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physical therapy systems.
- Experience in home health settings is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and acute care practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in patient documentation.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
