Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Reconcile the register drawer at the start and end of each shift, ensuring all totals balance correctly
- Handle and safeguard company funds and financial documents in accordance with established procedures
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times
- Respond quickly and accurately to customer questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation
- Follow all company policies related to transaction accuracy, security, and loss prevention
- Report any discrepancies, irregularities, or suspicious activity to a supervisor immediately
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of cashier experience in a commercial/retail store setting
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and other technology; quick to learn new software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient under pressure
- High level of honesty, diligence, and personal accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory or transaction reporting systems
- Bilingual abilities a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
