Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Independent Regional Furniture Sales Representatives to represent our luxury furniture collection in select markets across the United States.
This is a contracted, commission-based sales opportunity for established representatives who have strong relationships with interior designers, architects, design firms, luxury showrooms, and high-end residential and hospitality clients.
The ideal candidate will have an established book of business and/or currently represent complementary luxury, non-competing furniture, lighting, textiles, or home furnishings brands.
This is an opportunity for a well-connected sales professional to add a distinctive, high-end furniture collection to their existing portfolio.
Territory
We are currently seeking representatives in select regional markets, including:
- New England
- New York
- New Jersey / Philadelphia
- Colorado
- Utah
- Montana
- Nebraska
- Illinois
- Kansas
- Ohio
- Oklahoma
- Wyoming
- Pacific Northwest.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the furniture collection professionally within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, design firms, and purchasing agents.
- Actively introduce the collection to new and existing designer clients.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and consistently pursue new business.
- Present products, finishes, materials, pricing, and customization options to design professionals.
- Conduct showroom visits, designer presentations, appointments, and product introductions.
- Follow up on quotes, specifications, samples, and open opportunities.
- Work closely with the company's internal sales and operations teams to move projects from initial specification through order.
- Identify upcoming residential, hospitality, and commercial projects where the collection would be appropriate.
- Attend relevant regional design events, industry events, and trade shows as appropriate.
- Maintain regular communication regarding pipeline, opportunities, quotes, and anticipated orders.
- Provide market feedback regarding designers, competitors, pricing, trends, and opportunities within the territory.
- Represent the brand in a manner consistent with its luxury positioning and design aesthetic.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Established relationships with interior designers and design firms within the assigned territory.
- A proven track record of selling luxury furniture or complementary high-end products.
- An existing and active book of business with designers, architects, hospitality clients, or purchasing agents or an existing portfolio of non-competing luxury brands that are sold to the same customer base.
- Strong knowledge of the local design community and key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business in addition to servicing existing accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-through and organizational abilities.
- A professional presence appropriate for a luxury design brand.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.

Ideal Representative Profile
We are looking for established sales professionals rather than traditional entry-level salespeople.
The ideal candidate is someone who already has the trust of the design community and regularly visits or communicates with designers and design firms. They understand how designers specify furniture, manage projects, work within budgets, and make purchasing decisions.

Pay: $60,120.38 - $72,403.04 per year
