COMO Face and Body is a boutique body contouring and aesthetic studio in Buckhead and Alpharetta, working exclusively with certified European technology — Endospheres Evolution, Icoone Laser Med, and INDIBA Elite NS. We are seeking a licensed esthetician or massage therapist to deliver Endospheres Therapy on a contract basis. The ideal candidate has a background in body work, enjoys educating clients, and is committed to helping them achieve visible body contouring, cellulite reduction, and skin-improving results through customized treatment plans.
No Endospheres experience? We train. If you hold the license and have strong hands, we will teach you the technology and the protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform Endospheres Therapy treatments for the face and body according to manufacturer protocols.
- Conduct thorough consultations and assess each client's goals and suitability for treatment.
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, recommended session series, and home care.
- Build personalized treatment plans and support package sales.
- Document progress accurately — measurements, photo documentation, and treatment notes.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared to COMO standards.
- Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation through follow-up.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and Georgia state regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Esthetician license or Georgia Massage Therapy license (required).
- Proficient spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable and organized with documentation.
- Available during studio hours, including Saturdays.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
- Certification in Endospheres, Icoone, or INDIBA.
- Experience with lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, or body treatments.
- Prior experience with device-based body contouring of any kind.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sessions scheduled by appointment within these hours
Pay: $40.00 per completed session (one-hour sessions, paid per session) + 5% bonus on package sales
License/Certification:
- Georgia Esthetician or Massage Therapy License (Required)
- Endospheres, Icoone, or INDIBA Certification (Preferred)
