The Opportunity
You will serve as the critical operational bridge connecting our corporate office, active project management teams, and external legal counsel. This strategic hybrid role places you in complete control of our risk mitigation, contract enforcement, and daily corporate facilities. You will protect company profitability by identifying high-risk terms and managing complete insurance compliance across all Southwest regional projects.
How You Will Make an Impact

Draft, execute, and track master subcontracts, owner agreements, purchase orders, and work orders using established company templates.
- Review incoming client contracts to isolate high-risk language regarding indemnity, warranties, or retention clauses before routing to counsel.
- Request and monitor company certificates of insurance while tracking subcontractor renewals to eliminate active coverage lapses.
- Serve as the direct liaison between project execution teams and legal counsel regarding complex contract redlines, claims, and disputes.
- Educate internal project managers during turnover meetings regarding specific contract obligations and documentation best practices.
- Oversee daily corporate facilities management, ongoing vendor relationships, corporate supply procurement, and executive administrative requests.
- Maintain absolute digital contract archive integrity, precise corporate calendars, meeting minutes, and localized labor compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience specializing in construction contract administration.
- Deep understanding of construction insurance including General Liability, Umbrella, Workers' Compensation, and Builders Risk.
- Expert knowledge of Nevada contract law and standard commercial construction risk-mitigation strategies.
- Complete proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and digital contract management workflows.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

3 or more years of formal office management or operations leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Hands-on experience navigating Procore project management software or modern HRIS platforms.
- Bilingual verbal and written communication fluency in Spanish.
