Outpatient therapy setting with a general outpatient patient population

8-hour day shifts

May float or split time between multiple clinic locations in the Oregon area

No on-call requirements

Current PT license required (license required if applicable)

BLS certification required

Outpatient experience preferred

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
