Full-Time Waddler Teacher (10-18 months)

North Stonington's Early Learners is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated teacher to join our Waddler classroom. This is an exciting stage of development where every day brings new milestones—from first words and growing independence to imaginative play and meaningful relationships.
As a Waddler Teacher, you'll help create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where children feel confident exploring, learning, and developing at their own pace.
What You'll Do
- Create meaningful learning experiences through play.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide exceptional care and education.
- Observe and celebrate each child's individual growth and milestones.
