Job Title: Pulverizer Operator (Recycling)
Job Location: Nephi, UT (On-Site and In-Person)
Reporting To: Compound Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Hourly: $17.50 per hour
Work Schedule
- Shift: Swing Shift
- Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation
- Duration: 12-hour shifts
This role supports 24/7 manufacturing operations and requires reliable attendance during scheduled rotations.
Key Activities
- Follows all safety procedurs and protocols
- Keeping equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Meet daily pounds per hour goal.
- Do routine inspections of machine including following a pm schedule to maintain the pulverizer in good working condition.
- Provide an end of shift report.
- Other dutires may be assigned based on the needs of the business.
- Moving large bags with forklift.
Qualifications & Other Competencies
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous manufactoring or production experience is preferred but not requried.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to learn machinery operation and safety procedures through on-the-job training.
Physical Requirements
- Lift, Push or pull up to 50 Lbs.
- Repetitive Motion of the limbs
- Be able to Bend, twist, squat, and reach.
- Able to be comfortable in an excessive noise environment
- May be expose to inclement weather excessive heat or excessive cold.
- Stand, sitting, or walking for long periods of time.
