What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of an established affordable housing community.
- Manage occupancy, leasing, budgeting, and overall property performance.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations.
- Lead, coach, and support the onsite team while fostering a positive work environment.
- Partner with maintenance to ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well maintained.
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of property management experience - REQUIRED
- Experience managing LIHTC and/or Project-Based Section 8 communities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Affordable housing certifications are preferred but not required.
