Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! As an Experienced Bartender, you will be the heart of the bar, creating memorable experiences through exceptional beverage service, expert mixology skills, and outstanding customer engagement. Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
- Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and cater to guest preferences.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all products are stored safely according to food safety standards.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food pairing suggestions and support banquet or catering events as needed.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings with a strong background in mixology and beverage creation.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment.
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Excellent math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions.
- Basic computer literacy for order processing and record keeping.

Pay: From $5.00 per hour
