Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and skill development
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring fidelity to established care plans
- Support clients during sessions by teaching new skills, managing behaviors, and reinforcing positive behaviors
- Maintain detailed medical documentation, behavioral health records, and client communication logs in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals and healthcare providers to optimize client outcomes
- Provide compassionate patient care tailored to each individual’s needs in home-based or clinical settings
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorders
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and special education strategies
- Ability to assist with ADLs and support behavioral health interventions effectively
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Strong communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family support
- Prior experience in home-based behavioral therapy or school settings is highly desirable
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
