Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable In-Home Non-Medical Care Aide to join our team. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and offer peace of mind to families. We match our caregivers with clients close to home and based on compatible personalities and skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise
- Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
- Follow the care plan and communicate changes in condition to the office
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be 18 years or older

$20 per hour, depending on experience
