What You'll Do
Facility Maintenance & Repairs
- Supervise and perform daily repair and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and coordinate repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure maintenance requests and work orders are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Facility Operations
- Oversee painting, drywall, minor plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, and general building upkeep.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory while ensuring proper usage and storage.
- Coordinate power washing, exterior maintenance, and overall facility cleanliness.
- Assist with facility improvement projects and operational upgrades.
Leadership & Safety
- Supervise daily facility operations while providing guidance and support to maintenance staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and facility maintenance standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and operational concerns.
- Collaborate with park leadership to prioritize maintenance projects, budget needs, and supply requirements.
- Support maintenance operations at additional park locations as needed (travel may be required).
What You Bring
- Experience in facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and varying schedules as business needs require.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Schedule & Hours
- 5 days per week (1 weekend day + 4 weekdays)
- 8-hour shifts (evenings and weekends as needed)
