Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Experienced Childcare Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Provide attentive child supervision ensuring safety at all times during indoor and outdoor activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns or updates
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning while adhering to health and safety standards
- Apply child supervision techniques and behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills
- Follow mandated reporting laws to report any suspected child abuse or neglect promptly and appropriately
- Incorporate early childhood education best practices such as childhood development principles, classroom experience techniques, and child care standards into daily routines
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings with classroom experience preferred
- Certification in first aid, pediatric first aid, CPR, or similar emergency response training required; ongoing certification renewal is expected
- Strong understanding of child development instruction, early childhood education principles, and behavior management strategies
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages including infant care and toddler care environments
- Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration
- Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare is essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining a safe environment
