Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via face to face engagement.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers is a plus.
