We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service.
- Support the team during busy periods by helping with additional tasks as required.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices within the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in a restaurant or banquet setting.
