Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Agricultural Technician Tractor with at least one year of hands-on experience! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of farm machinery and construction equipment. Your expertise will help ensure optimal performance and safety of heavy equipment used in agricultural and industrial settings. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on tractors, implements, and other heavy machinery to ensure safe operation.
- Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, transmission, and diesel engine issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct fabrication, assembly, welding, soldering, and component replacement to repair or customize equipment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to service construction machinery and farm equipment efficiently.
- Maintain detailed service records, update maintenance logs, and follow OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications for repairs.
- Assist with heavy lifting, tire service, brake repair, alignment, suspension work, and HVAC systems on various machinery.
- Support customer service efforts by providing technical guidance and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of dealership experience or similar background working with farm machinery or industrial equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication, welding, electrical diagnostics, automotive diagnostics, and heavy equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding construction machinery servicing manuals.
- Hands-on experience with excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractor-trailers, and other construction or farm machinery.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic instruments for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment such as loaders or excavators when needed.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
- Relevant certifications such as diesel engine repair, air brake systems, HVAC systems, or forklift operation are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.42 - $36.64 per hour
