Job Summary
Shrewsbury Lumber, an industry leader in building materials sales and distribution is seeking a CDL Class B truck driver.
Hoisting license and forklift operating ability a plus.
Responsibilities
- Delivering building materials to contractors on commercial and residential construction projects.
- Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment like forklifts when necessary.
- Ensuring timely deliveries to customers and occasionally picking up material from local vendors.
- Must be able to communicate honestly and effectively with operations, sales staff and customers.
- Deliver freight accurately and on time to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Must be DOT compliant with a safe driving record and will need to either have a valid medical card or Shrewsbury Lumber will help get this obtained.
