Role Description
The Real Estate Transaction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA. This role oversees the administrative and operational aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is complete and accurate. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, escrow, and title companies; preparing and reviewing transaction files; tracking key dates and contingencies; and maintaining compliance with brokerage and legal requirements. The Real Estate Transaction Manager will also help manage lease-related processes, update property records, maintain organized systems for transaction documentation, marketing, pitch presentation assembly and support the team with status reports and communication. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of Transaction Coordination experience
• Active California Real Estate Salesperson license
• Experience in Real Estate, with a solid understanding of transaction workflows and industry terminology..
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and transaction management software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Relevant education or training in real estate, business, or a related field is beneficial;
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
