Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper thread colors, stabilizers, and design files are loaded correctly
- Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, stitch quality, and overall appearance, making corrections when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve technical issues promptly
- Document production details, including machine settings, run times, and any maintenance performed
- Assist with basic garment construction or sewing tasks when required to support overall manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Proven experience operating embroidery or sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
- Familiarity with sewing machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality embroidered products
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
