The Car Wash Attendant position oversees washing all fleet vehicles and members cars when requested. As part of the Valet team this position will assist in the all-around first and last impression for our members and guests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members, guests, and team members.
Meet and greet all arriving/departing members and guests in a timely manner.
Provide proper exterior washes to vehicles daily
Interior cleaning of vehicles (vacuuming, wiping down interior, etc.)
Maintain clean car wash shed and other areas organized
Assure supplies are readily stocked for daily use
Washing and drying towels for car wash use
Trash removal
Other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Hospitality Resort Experience a plus
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Previous Car Wash Experience
Organizational Skills
Driving record that meets the Club’s insurance requirements.
Additional Requirements
Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time and use vision, hearing, and hands/arms to drive multi-passenger vehicles.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length due to business demands.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
Flexibility and ability to pivot to new projects and desire to work in fast-paced environment.
