We are currently a 5 star rated facility offering skilled nursing services, long term care, post acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, ventilator care and dementia care. Our 99 bed facility includes 18 private rehab suites as well as a 24 bed memory care unit.
Duties:
- Administer medications and injections to patients as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples for laboratory testing
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
- Provide basic life support in emergency situations
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques
