What You'll Do
As a Caregiver or CNA, you will provide compassionate one-on-one support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living activities.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and light cooking
- Light housekeeping and home organization
- Transportation and errands
- Grocery shopping and outings
- Companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring changes in client condition
- Encouraging safe activities and exercise
- Ensuring a safe home environment
What We're Looking For
We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to quality care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine desire to help others
Preferred Experience (not required):
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
- Caregiver experience
- Healthcare or hospitality background
