SK Motorsport is one of the Pacific Northwest's premier independent European automotive repair facilities specializing in BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, MINI, Volkswagen, and Land Rover. We are growing and looking for a motivated Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service while driving sales.
This is not an order-taking position.
Our Service Advisors educate customers, build trust, present solutions, and help customers make informed decisions about maintaining and repairing their vehicles.
What You'll Do
- Build lasting relationships with customers through honesty and exceptional communication.
- Present repair and maintenance recommendations with confidence and integrity.
- Convert digital inspections into approved repair work.
- Answer inbound calls and turn inquiries into appointments.
- Follow up on estimates and declined work.
- Coordinate repairs from start to finish.
- Source and order automotive parts to support repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with technicians to keep workflow moving efficiently.
- Help drive sales, customer retention, and shop growth.

Automotive Experience
Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:
- Automotive service advising
- Automotive sales
- Parts department experience
- European vehicle experience
- Automotive estimating
- Collision repair estimating
- Dealership or independent repair shop experience
Candidates will also be responsible for sourcing and ordering automotive parts, so familiarity with automotive parts catalogs, suppliers, and repair operations is highly desirable.

Pay: $65,139.17 - $105,000.00 per year
