Position: Bottle Server – Part-Time / On Call
Location: Leonardo – Miami Beach, FL
Schedule: Late Night | Approx. 4–5 hours per shift
Leonardo is looking for an energetic and professional Bottle Server to join our late-night team on a part-time/on-call basis.
The role focuses on creating a high-energy and elevated bottle service experience for our guests. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing bottles sold for bottle shows and parades, including presentation setup before they are brought to the table.
- Participating in bottle presentations and delivering bottles to guests with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Providing tableside bottle service, including mixers, garnishes, ice, and other accompaniments.
- Preparing simple tableside cocktails and shots, including the use of cocktail shakers when required.
- Having a basic knowledge of bartending, spirits, mixers, cocktail preparation, and proper bottle service.
- Keeping all bottle-service equipment, presentation items, mixers, and supplies organized and ready throughout the shift.
- Working closely with servers, bartenders, management, and the entertainment team to ensure bottle presentations are executed smoothly.
This is a late-night position, generally 4–5 hours maximum per shift, based on business needs and bottle-service volume.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, outgoing, polished, fast-paced, and comfortable interacting with guestsin an upscale restaurant and nightlife environment. Previous bottle-service, nightlife, cocktail server, or bartending experience is preferred.

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
