We’re hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join a growing manufacturing operation in Charlotte, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, overtime, and long-term career growth.
This position is ideal for mechanics with strong mechanical troubleshooting experience. The majority of the work involves maintaining and repairing production equipment, including rollers, bearings, conveyors, belts, chains, and other mechanical components.
Shift -2nd Shift Monday-Friday -3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Pay- $27.00-$30.00/hour Based on experience
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery
- Replace bearings, rollers, chains, belts, motors, and other mechanical components
- Identify equipment issues and minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working on conveyors, rollers, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, or similar equipment
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and use hand and power tools
- High school diploma or GED
