Position Summary
The Logistics & Warehouse Associate supports the daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, and logistics operations for ID3 Group, Graphics, Brumark and Fabric Printing Solutions. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, graphics, scenic components, and fabricated elements are properly received, organized, packaged, staged, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Shipping & Logistics

Assist with preparing outbound shipments for freight, parcel, and show-site deliveries

Package, crate, label, and stage materials for shipment

Verify shipping documentation including BOLs, packing lists, and labels

Coordinate with Shipping Coordinator regarding daily shipment priorities

Assist with shipment tracking and freight issue resolution

Maintain shipping supply inventory and packaging materials
Receiving

Receive inbound deliveries and verify quantities and condition of materials

Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies

Organize and distribute received materials to appropriate departments

Maintain receiving logs and inventory movement records

Assist with inventory cycle counts and warehouse organization
Warehouse Support

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely

Maintain organized warehouse, staging, and loading areas

Assist with loading and unloading trucks

Support Project Managers and production teams with material movement and staging

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures
Team Support

Cross-train within shipping, receiving, warehouse, graphics, and fabrication operations

Assist during high-volume production and installation periods

Communicate effectively with production teams, project managers, and logistics personnel

Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations
Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or receiving experience preferred

Forklift experience preferred

Experience with freight shipments and shipping software is a plus

Ability to read packing lists, shipping labels, and work orders

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Basic computer skills required

Experience in scenic, graphics, fabrication, or trade show environments is a plus
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Ability to stand, bend, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods

Ability to work in warehouse and production environments with varying temperatures

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and tools
