As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the trusted voice our customers can rely on - answering questions, processing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, care, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, while developing strong customer relationships with our important clients
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate service requests with internal teams
- Resolve client questions and issues in a timely, professional manner
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services
- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (refreshment or office supply industry is a plus. No retail)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Professional phone presence and attention to detail
- Comfortable recommending products/services when appropriate
- Ability to handle routine issues independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour, with opportunity for additional commission-based earnings
- Monday–Friday schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
