Job Title: Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for invoicing open parts, equipment, and service sales orders from Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Services. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage accounts receivable functions efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice all open parts, equipment, and service sales orders received from Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Services.
- Prepare, send, and accurately record customer invoices.
- Process and apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
- Receive daily customer checks and prepare daily bank deposits.
- Generate and distribute monthly Accounts Receivable statements to customers.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due invoices to ensure timely collection.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Communicate professionally with internal departments and customers regarding invoicing and payment issues.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Preferred
- Experience with Made2Manage (M2M) ERP software.
- Previous experience in manufacturing accounting or billing operations.
