Seeking a full-time Teacher Assistant for a preschool classroom in a well-established Montessori school. CWMS was established in 1972 in LaGrange, a suburb of Chicago, and has provided quality education for children since inception.

CW has 3 large playgrounds in a natural setting, one for the young toddlers, toddlers and one for the Primary (3-6) children. We also have a spacious indoor gym, where the children love to play dress-up, kitchen, legos, basketball, movement games, etc.
Applicant should have at least 1 year experience working with children or have 6 hrs. of ECE college credit. Applicant should have a strong sense of self, be able to give direction and be able to move swiftly. Applicant should enjoy working with children and have a moderate energy level. Assistant will help the children in the classroom with Practical Life activities, art projects, etc. Other responsibilities include clean up after class, setting up lunch, helping nappers, replenishing necessary items, creating snack lists, etc.
