NOW HIRING: Project Manager – Construction Sales

We’re looking for a driven, motivated, and customer-focused Project Manager to help homeowners through the entire restoration and improvement process — from inspection to project completion.

What You’ll Do:
- Run company-provided leads while also generating your own opportunities
- Conduct property inspections for hail and storm damage (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.)
- Guide homeowners through the project process from start to finish
- Coordinate projects and ensure builds are completed successfully
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional, presentable, and dependable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, ambitious, and eager to succeed
- Reliable transportation required (truck preferred but not required)
