Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Christian Elementary School teachers to inspire and educate young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative teaching methods, biblical principles, and technology to enhance student engagement.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and respect among students.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing, and adapt instruction accordingly to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support students with accommodations or those requiring early intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, behavioral incidents, and communication logs to support ongoing educational planning.
Skills
- Proven classroom management skills with the ability to create an organized and motivating learning environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, colleagues, and administration.
- Expertise in curriculum development across core subjects including literacy education and math.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools for lesson planning and student assessment.
- Ability to implement behavior management strategies that foster positive student conduct.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
