We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced team leader to run our opening shift (9 AM – 5 PM) at Cold Stone Creamery in Lakewood. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the morning, enjoys setting the tone for the day, and takes pride in preparing the store for a successful afternoon and evening rush.
As an Opening Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for opening the store, managing early shift team members, and ensuring that all production—including ice creams, cakes, cupcakes, and waffles—is completed to standard before the doors get busy.
What You’ll Do:
- Open the store on time and fully set up for daily operations
- Oversee production of ice creams, ice cream cakes, cupcakes, and waffles
- Maintain prep lists and ensure all production is complete before evening rush
- Ensure store cleanliness and readiness for customers throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service—including serving customers
- Perform inventory check and place weekly food orders
