Dulce de Leche Bakery is an Argentine-inspired bakery and café with locations across New Jersey . Since 2007, we've built our reputation on warm hospitality, quality, and a deeply loyal community of regulars. We're looking for a General Manager to lead our Englewood location — someone who can run a tight, welcoming shop and grow with us.
What you'll do
- Lead daily operations of a busy bakery-café: opening, closing, service flow, and everything in between
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop a team of front- and back-of-house staff
- Own the customer experience — set the tone, handle escalations, keep the energy warm and the standards high
- Hit the labor and operational goals set for the location
- Keep the café spotless, organized, and operating to brand standards
What we're looking for
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a bakery, café, restaurant, or specialty food retail environment
- A natural leader who knows how to hire well, hold standards, and bring out the best in a team
- Driven by goals and accountable for results
- Comfortable with technology — Toast POS experience is a big plus
- Calm under pressure, organized, and detail-oriented
- Available to work weekends and holidays (non-negotiable — these are our busiest days)
